Welcome to Research and Production Enterprise "ISTAL".
Research and Production Enterprise ISTAL (RPE "ISTAL") is established by the group of engineers December 25, 1991.
RPE "ISTAL"'s main activities are the design, manufacture, service and installations of heating systems of different range and capacity.
Development of new products and upgrade are done by Specialized Design and Technological Bureau of RPE "ISTAL".
Production is carried out in the following manufacturing sites: Hot water (steam) boiler shop, Burner manufacturing department, Testing and Quality control, department of Control equipment and Automation.
In 1992, started production of different type (size) automatic burners for the purpose of burning of different types of fuel, e.g. diesel, natural gas, coal etc.
In 1998 we have begun production of water-heating boilers of
various capacities.
In 2000 started the production of Automated
Transportable boiler room (KBTa) fully equipped with high efficiency boilers,
which could be easily installed at a site and quickly run into working
condition. Steel boilers, burners, automation is wholly manufactured by RPE
ISTAL.
In 2003, begun commercial production of Steam Automated Boilers
(KPA), widely used in industry and agriculture to technological and economic
needs.
To monitor and maintain product quality at a high
level our company have laboratory, the department of standardization, technical
control and metrology, certification, quality management, and also operates a
permanent commission to verify the knowledge and certification of employees.
Each product passes the required acceptance tests,
and only after the positive test results proved to be suitable for use.
To develop and manufacture products the company
has its own machine tool fleet, maintenance and repair services.
