Transportable Automated Boiler-rooms series with ranging capacity from 0,05 to 6,4 MW.
Scientific-Production Enterprise «ISTAL», which has long experience of design and manufacture of boilers and burners offers a standard series of specially designed Transportable Automated Boiler-rooms (KBTa series).
Boiler rooms, complete with all necessary equipment can be installed on site and quickly started to work. Boiler rooms are mounted on a sturdy frame that allows you to move them from one place to another by any means of ground transportation.
The boilers are equipped with modern type highly efficient automatic burners and controls.
The fuel system designed to burn fuels of different types, including heavy oil, diesel, natural gas, LPG, coil etc. It is equipped with control and protection devices and safe to use.
Self-supporting or supported by braces flue-pipe comes unassembled. It is mounted on an elongated platform or on the frame of boiler-room right at the site.
Inside the boiler room is water treatment
system, network circulating pumps, the fuel pump assembly (for liquid fuel only),
electrical, instrumentation and control
panels as well as other necessary accessories.(Specifications are given in
Tables number 4 and number 5).
The advantages of
modular transportable boiler:
1. A wide range of choices of heat output: from 0.05 to 6.4
MW or more.
2. Ability to work on different types of fuels:
- natural gas;
- light oil, heavy oil
3. All equipment, piping, electrical wiring are installed
and tested at the factory, which ensures high quality workmanship and prompt
installation of the boiler room at the work site, where customer should build a
fairly simple device of the foundation.
4. Fired steel boiler, complete with an automated burner
block has a high efficiency (91-92%), which contributes to fuel economy.
5. Two modes of operation of the boiler: "Small Flame"
and "Main Flame" to control heat output depending on the weather
conditions for optimum heating and saving fuel.
6. The convenient location of main and auxiliary equipment
facilitates and simplifies operation and maintenance of the boiler room.
7. In addition RPE «ISTAL» can produce boilers according to
customers request, with additional accessories:
- high-speed water heaters;
- storage water heater;
- storage tanks for liquid fuels.

MW and KBTa capacity from 0,5 to 6,4 MW are shown in Tables 4 and 5.
By agreement with
the customer boilers could be modified by heat and power schemes, in terms of
equipment and additional means of measurement and automation.
